How can an order sit in QA2 for 8 days and counting?

I have a bulk order that went from ASSEMBLY to QA1 to QA2 in 1 day,...but has now been sitting in QA2 for 8 days.

Making through QA1 so quickly but then sitting this long in QA2 makes no sense - unless it has already gone through QA2 and is now waiting in line to be shipped. If that is the case though, they definitely need to add a COMPLETED stage in between QA2 and SHIPPED...so we can at least see our grades while waiting for them to be shipped.

Not sure, but I'm in the same boat as you! Also have a small 2 card regular submission that shows "Labeling Ready" but still in grading. How is that possible?

Why not give them a call?

I have had a sub in Assembly for 6 weeks. Earlier this week I had another sub go from research and ID to Assembly in about 2 hours. This morning it hit QA1 and around 1 pm central it hit QA2. I post all this to say there is no rhyme or reason to anything that happens in that process.

I made it more complicated by submitting cards to be graded, Topps auto cards and a few to be regraded.

The graded are done.

But the Topps auto cards and regrade are taking quite a bit of time.

Good thing it's not a kidney I'm waiting for?
