At what point are they added to the pop report?

Sorry if this has been covered somewhere else, but I submitted a CC-Free batch earlier this month. To my pleasant surprise, they're already at "QA Check 2". Does anyone know when they're added to the pop report? It looks like they've already been assigned cert numbers, but they don't show up in the cert database.

They are usually added the night after the grades are available.
