What is a "Licensed Dealer?"
You need a business license to sell coins, antiques, collectibles, etc. In the state of VA in a retail setting.

Is this coin part of your collection or part of your business?
Just something I picked up for a few bucks for fun

In my own uneducated opinion, for the most part there is no reason to get errors graded. What might be important is to get an error authenticated, but yours is obviously real.
