This has a raised line running from the N in cent up to the last E in states! the obverse also might be a partial rim broad strike.

The line on the reverse is a linear plating blister, which is very common in copper plated Lincoln's from the 80s. It is also a slight misaligned die strike accounting for the obverse rim appearance. Sorry, but neither add any premium over face value
