I received one too. It mainly has pictures, some commentary about big moments in GC history, and talks about consigning to GC.

I wonder if there is a minimum previous order to get on their mailing list? I have won a couple of their auctions, but nothing huge.

It would probably have to be some of their longer running auctions (30 days+), to get it into bidders hands after print.

Yes, pix. I have a dilemma. I'm in California so can't bid on anything under $1500 without paying sales tax. :'(

But won't they hold the items to combine orders until the total exceeds $1500?

They have to pay for all that sun - somehow. :)

The fact that they would start doing catalogs in this day and age seems counter-intuitive. Maybe they are hoping there is a bigger, non-tech savvy, market out there that wants catalogs? Not what I would have expected, but these guys seem to know what they are doing.

I'm sure they would. Would try it if I were bidding on more coins

Sounds sneaky smart to me...kind of like Amazon opening bricks and mortar stores...

    Thanks for the feedback.

We wanted to do something to hand out at our ANA table this week. We also mailed a quantity out as well.

We're definitely not turning back time to produce printed catalogs for our auctions - but I can see producing similar pieces in the future.

If anyone wants a copy - just message or e-mail me with your name/address.

    Off to the show now!
