Why isn’t Steph Curry included in the Future HOF rookie set?

It seems like a no-brainer that Curry would be in the set, when Harden, and even Dwight Howard are in. Is there a reason why he doesn’t have a rookie card in the set? Hasn’t it come to a vote yet?

    He hasn't been submitted for inclusion yet. You have to own the card to request that it be added, which is why I haven't done it. When Curry's card does get added, it should be 2009 Topps Chrome. This should be obvious, but the requests have become like the Wild, Wild West with collectors submitting based on their own agendas and PSA juts going along with it.
