Would $3000 do it?

You have to skip the entire 2019-2020 football season. All levels of competition.

Can't play, attend or watch or listen to the games. Catch an incidental play or two while in a restaurant, so be it. Cannot belly up to the bar though to watch the action.

Someone mentions last nights score at the water cooler. good enough. Take your water and move on.

For 3K? Nope, I don’t put a price on things I enjoy. If I was having trouble with bills and desperately needed money then yea Ofcourse

Only if it was $3,000 worth of 1952 Topps baseball cards purchased in 1952.

And if you told me today that the college final would be Alabama vs. Clemson you could buy me out for $1.

This is for you @thisistheshow - Jim Rice was actually a pretty good player.

And If you told me today the score of the college final I would give you a helluva lot more than 3K

Had a close friend many years ago that bet $50 on about 6 NFL and college games a week that were televised. He seemed miserable screaming at the players and the refs on most every play. I asked him if he would quit watching and got paid $50 for each game that he missed.

He thought a moment and said "hell no."

    :)

If I was forced to bet every week on the NFL in order to watch then I can promise you I would NOT watch it and I would need zero payout. I am that guy that can lose a grand at the casino or at a card game but CAN NOT deal with a bet on an NFL game, I’m simply not wired to deal with the inch of difference and swings that go with catches, calls, and every other thing that goes with it. Nope can’t do it. If I don’t have money on it I can enjoy it fully, I haven’t bet on the NFL since 2005 👍

College football season starts two weeks from today. Cant wait.

IT CAN'T BE A TRUE PLAYOFF UNLESS THE BIG TEN CHAMPIONS ARE INCLUDED

Mahomes has already bought me out in the other direction. I have to watch him play.
The rookie cards I bought are an F-in gold mine.
    I've been paid, thanks!

Quit about 25 years ago. The MNF games got to me. Win or lose I would replay the ending a few dozen times in my sleep.

3,000 would be MORE than enough.

    But I'm poor.

I am not wealthy. In fact, my wife and I are very middle class and had a huge financial hit recently which entirely depleted our savings. But watching NFL is one of my few escapes.

I'll do it for 10k, but only for one year. :D

My record is now 5-0 when I wear a suit and tie at the end of an Ebay auction. Superstition can be a good thing.

Outside of a handful of Championship Sundays and the Superbowl, I have not watched an NFL game since 2014.
