No idea who this may be. I think the inscription reads "Go Bulls". Can't really make it out in picture, but in-hand it appears to be that.

As a somewhat Bulls fan (it’s been hard to be a diehard fan since Jordan left...), I immediately thought this was Tyson Chandler’s autograph. Check out his signature online; I think it’s his.
I checked, but my eye isn't seeing much resemblance between the two.
