    Autos look good, no idea how accurate the inscriptions are.

    Have any paperwork to go with this inscription?

    I'm not the guy to judge autos - the Rose does look good to me tho.

    For a guy that will write “I’m sorry I bet on baseball” for a little more than the cost of a diner lunch, I’d be dubious of any Pete Rose inscriptions.

    The inscriptions look like they were printed by the same person.

    I am going to assume that the former owner of the balls did this.

    If I had to guess, I would say that they likely were obtained at the stadium by the former owner, who inscribed the notations about the ball's provenance after he had the players sign them.

    I'm not sure how you would go about verifying the former owner's claim, but that is my take on them.
