Q and A Forum?

I thought that that is for questions for PCGS people not the coin forum folks.

That was never my understanding but that doesn't count for much.
I recall the mods at one time had been actively moving newbie questions there, so I think it is open season there.
Many members use the Q & A for questions about coins and it has been that way for the 2 years I've been a member. That is a good way to keep it as "questions" is in the title. Most of the questions for PCGS are on the US forum.
It used to be that one could post questions there and once a week or so PCGS folks like HRH would answer them [and also take live questions] , but that apparently went by the wayside some time ago. Today was my first visit there in a long time.
There appears to be a name change to the subtitle to the QA forum, previously, it was coin related but has changed to “PCGS Question & Answer Forum” which is fairly generic for any PCGS related questions.
