Watched a xf45 1868-s $20 sell at $1320 melts about $1380. Many PCGS 64 Saints sold at melt ( close enough to call it melt). What does say for slabbed commom Saints below 64 ? My answer not good. Wish I had more money. I suppose people don't trust gold at this level

Did those prices include the juice? If not the 68-S sold for about $200 over melt.

It must include the BP. Stacks doesn’t allow bids off-increment and 1320 is not a valid level but $1100 is (+20% = $1320).
Common dates below 64 should still trade for melt. There is a floor, it just extends surprisingly high up the grading line.
Those prices include buyers fee. The PCGS 64 Saints sold for $1380 a few went one bidding increment higher. There were some large lots 10-20 $20's many went under melt type 1 20's I barely even look at those, what's the use ?
Sold $1320 with BP. The seller received $1100.....he must be crying:

The saints in ms64 were absolute garbage quality and most had SERIOUS copper spots and grease.
The $20 Libs are just super tough sales right now- and many were damaged or otherwise problem coins.
Regarding the above coin- it shows here as it sold for $1320. when you scroll auction results its showing $1380.
Looks like a little bump was pushed after the lot closed...
Its looking like a couple of lots are getting some extra bids now!
If one doesn't know how to buy bullion, one shouldn't.
WOW, I stand corrected, I want one.

Ya that sucks. NO GOOD DEAL FOR YOU
I think earlier date no problem circulated $ 20s are a really fun way to accumulate gold.
I can remember the old days when there was no buyers premium and the sellers premium was 10% and only 5% for gold.
In 1973 there was no buyers’ premium at Stack’s.
By 1996, it was 10 %.
Shhhh, please don't let everyone know that.
