So is a pack really considered a true "cello" pack if it is ripped from a cell of a rack pack?

If given a choice , I prefer the cellos with the Topps logos vs the clear ones.
Some years they all looked the same though.
Yes, however it is considered a grocery. This is an example of both
cello
.
I guess that would make sense. I was referring to this. Was in a rack and unfortunately was busted from said rack to sell as a cello pack.....and further unfortunate to be sold off spot by spot in a rip.
Now, that does not make sense. An 82 no big deal, however a 66 rack, yikes
On the PSA label, it should say "Tragic."

Dude was selling it on Net54 back in Feb. I didn't see it in time or would have bought it. VB bought it and is selling it off. It really is a shame.
That just really sucks to see.

Yeah, I asked him(Leighton at VB) about it when I figured out he was the one that bought it. Told him that it would be a shame if he ripped it. Told me he might keep it for his personal collection. I knew that wouldn't last. The guy he bought it from had purchased/owned it since 1973. I tried to talk him out of selling it(to sell it to me instead, lol) because I knew it would get ripped, but he never responded. I sent him a message today with the link showing him that the pack he kept for 40+ years has now been butchered.
Whomever bought it should be able to do with it what they wish really. Anything ripped by these companies increases all of our vintage pack values.
Yeah, that's the moral dilemma that I have. Problem is, I don't have a 66 rack, lol!!
I’m so with this thought. Whomever purchased whatever should be able to do as they please with it. I say this as a big proponent of keeping true vintage unopened as is. But there’s a fine line between being disappointed in the break of a such a unique item and it being none of our business because it’s not ours..

Out of curiosity, why are the cellos inside of this rack individually wrapped? I've watched a lot of breaks and normally the rack packs are only wrapped within the cell of the rack and not also separately wrapped within them.
