Amir Garrett of the Reds just tried to take on the entire Pirates team!

SDSportsFanSDSportsFan Posts: 5,088 ✭✭✭✭✭

He ran off the mound toward the Pirates dugout, and started throwing punches; trying to take on the entire team single-handedly!!

What the HE-double-hockey sticks was he thinkin'?????????????????????????????????

How about Puig getting dirty the night he is traded?

Good move by the Reds getting Bauer, but giving up Puig is a big loss for them.

A right fielder with an OPS+ of 98? I think the Reds will survive.

This is for you @thisistheshow - Jim Rice was actually a pretty good player.

Good for him, like I said in another thread these sports fights will always get broken up regardless. I’m thinking this guy Amir might have done jail time before though, diving into a crowd swinging like that you usually don’t do as bad as you would think, all the opposing players will be bumping into each other and there isn’t enough room for them to swing all that good 🤷‍♂️😂😂😂

What would get him that hissed off to do something so stupid such as that?

Did somebody call out to him "Yo Mama" LOL

I never thought Puig would be a good fit for the Reds and am glad to see him go. He has (had?) a lot of potential, but will never grow up it seems.

Is he the one that licks his bat??

Sadly, yes. "I make love to the bat and he pays me back with hits."

This Amir Garrett thing reminds me of the time when Tanner Boyle got into a fight. Who with? The 7th grade.

You've got that right except Bauer is a better pitcher than Puig is a batter. How about the throw from the pitchers mound over the center field fence

I just saw a great post that points out that the Indians did pretty good the last time they had a crazy, home-run hitting Cuban right-fielder.

The way the Pirates are playing lately, I wouldn't be surprised if he won that fight.
