Is there a good time to sell or buy baseball cards, like springtime or fall.

One theory is January as people are spending their Christmas money on the things they like. Another is the period of spring before summer vacation expenditures start.
Sell when everyone is buying, not when they aren't.
Trout demand is at an all time high. Judge was last year. See above statement.
