There is a website called 'Numista' which has a pretty good function for looking up foreign coins.
Almost 19 million examples of your coin were struck in 1900 with that date and mintmark. Almost 9 million examples of your coin were struck in 1902 with that date and mintmark. (I assume the Berlin mint in both instances). Your coins are made of copper nickel (zero silver).
