What is the normal time frame for PCGS to post "order received" online after delivered

Just wondering, my package was sent and delivered to PCGS a while back.

Order received (i.e., “where’s my package”) should post within a day or two that your tracking said it was delivered. If you did with signature confirmation you’ll have a name and I would call.

Then you have the wait from “where’s my package” to “pending.

Then “pending” to “processing.”

Finally, “processing” to “shipped.”

Thanks, I called and CS told me they received the package but has not post on my account. Not sure what is the delay.

In a similar boat, but mine finally went to “pending” after six days.

Now the wait to processing.
