Submission of 1913 Fatima

First time submission. 15 vouchers. Want to submit regular cards and a few 1913 Fatima's. It appears i have to submit separate order for the Fatima though it can be shipped in same package? Also the Fatima's are 2 5/8 by 4 3/4 which don't seem to fit in a category to choose on the submission form? Finally, can i just submit in the hard plastic cover since they don't fit in card saver? Any other tips?

Correct, separate orders in the same package w/separate return shipping for each holder size. The correct size PSA holder for the Fatima cards is the Tallboy and I submit cards of that size in Cardsaver 4s (IV).
