Is this a fake or a reprint? What is going on with this stamp? How can they sell such stuff openly?

The stamp is not the same as the 1918 issue. Look at the denomination.

Yep, it's the 2013 version, I priced the whole sheetlet on Ebay yesterday for about 12-13$ . The 1918 one is way out of most of our price ranges, frankly you'd have to have more money than brains to buy one of those

They issued 100 sheets wirh the airplane right side up, and mixed them in with the normal ones. Those sell for good money.
