Neat piece of history, one of the rattlers made during the 1st 2 weeks of PCGS beginning the process of certifying coins. Wrong stationary delivered and they went with it until the green ribbed labels arrived. These are getting more popular and I suspect they will rival the NGC black holders in price some day. $1295 delivered, fee free payment.
