Tiger Woods Golf Card Question

I have this 2004 Upper Deck Tiger Woods Card that is stamped "UD Promo". I haven't been able to find this card or any info on it online. Does anyone know anything about it?
What is UD Promo, and how does it affect the card's value?

    These were randomly inserted in bagged Beckett magazines back in the day as a promotion prior to the release of the 2004 set. I have several from this set, but haven't been able to confirm a complete checklist to post (based on other UD Promo issues the entire base set is likely). They're far more scarce than the regular issue, but that's not saying a whole lot. I'd be willing to pay a couple bucks for it.

    Thanks for the info. I do remember getting that card out of the mag now. Congrats on your 2 cards too
