I believe this would be a new variety and should bring a large premium.

Speaking of attributes I had a coin and received it back from third party but they didn't even put the attribution on the slab. Does this happen alot

I have not sent any coin in for grading yet.... I've got to be one of the luckiest ever! Bought some BU rolls, the 1969 D and 1974 D are full of errors.... besides those I have others like the 1982 sm date an doubled die that also needs attribution. I will be sending these in this week.
To answer the Question an Attribution fee is $18 extra with Pcgs...

Thanks for that. I've had at least 6 orders usually 8 coins a pop and I've never even realized a fee for attributions. Now I know. Appreciate it.

Funny thing, this coin appears to have s/S d/d!! Same sh#$@ different day...and reverse doubling.
