Penny spots

Good evening. Have a quick question for all you knowledgeable folks out there. We inherited a bunch of old pennies that were marked as uncirculated and appear to be so. The only thing is most of them have a few black spots. I know this is common, but just wondered how much it really affects the grading. Some have one or two spots and some are faint, but definitely there. Thanks a bunch.

Welcome to the forums @edjohn1818.
Black spots could be corrosion and it does affect value.
Good pics of the obverse, reverse, date, and mint mark are a good start for anyone to give decent opinion.
