New Label-No More Brand & Year? Just "Baseball Card"?

When did this take place? Several sellers on ebay have the new description or lack there of. Seems like an extreme change to identify a card as a card as opposed to what? Sticker. media. ticket???

Not great at posting pics, but here is an example. Search: VLADIMIR GUERRERO PSA DNA COA Autograph 1997 Topps Authentic Hand Signed or look up seller "khw". Scroll down to the description and read his comment. He has several cards showing the new or what seems as a new standard. Has this topic not been discussed yet or is there a reasonable explanation for this?

I could be wrong but the seller could have just had the autos authenticated & graded and when you don't grade the card as well that is what PSA puts.

You will only see “trading card” on PSA/DNA labels, and only when the submitter had the auto authenticated, but not the card. If you don’t ask/pay them to authenticate it as a 97 Topps, they won’t. This is nothing new, the only difference is that the label is no longer blue.

Thanks guys, appreciate it. I started to panic, just a bit. I think the seller's description stating that this was new had me going.
