************Because it's not one of the approved 3rd Party grading services. I called them and mentioned that DGS was a grading service by David Lawrence Rare Coins and is no longer in business. I can list the coin if I block out the grade on the holder and NOT mention MS64 anywhere in the listing.
I know there are collectors that search for obsolete holders. And DGS was very conservative with their grading and people were cracking them out and submitting to the big graders.
Anyone want to make an offer on this? You can check my eBay seller rating (100% since Feb 1998). I will accept PayPal.

Looking for PCGS AU58 Washington's, 32-63.
Checked the Price Guide, MS64 is $85 - $100, and MS65 is $160 - $185. It looks like it could grade up to 65. I'll ask $100 with shipping included via PayPal. I'll have to decline offers that were less than this.

Looking on eBay a PCGS MS64 sold for $69 and has a current buy now for $89
If you really think it is a MS65 then you should crack it out and send it in for grading.
I hope @Chuckno8's strategy of lecturing the seller isn't going to become commonplace on this forum.
It's been refreshingly absent for as long as I remember.

@chiefbob is this still available? Take $85?
