How would you submit this Mantle Autograph

I've decided to send in this Mantle for autograph grading. I'd like to get the card graded as well. What I'd like to do is put a minimum requirement of a 9 for the card and a 10 for the autograph. My question is, if the card doesn't meet the minimum requirement, will PSA still slab the card?

Unless it's an authorized reprint, PSA won't grade the card. I would guess the card should more accurately be labeled as 'Counterfeit'.
No, the card can be graded. It's a 1988 Baseball Cards Magazine Repli-Cards 311 Mickey Mantle.
OK, then if it doesn't meet the minimum grade for either, it will not be slabbed in a new holder and returned as is.
