Is PSA the only TPG with a Grade Guarantee?

Just wondering if PSA is the only current TPG that offers a Financial Guarantee of Grade & Authenticity?
I cannot find it on another TPG's website that I thought offered a guarantee...

I believe SGC had one "way back when" but pulled it. Which, if true, is almost kind of worse than never having one to begin with.
HOWEVER, I could be wrong in my remembering.
