    From several low-numbered packs originally sent to Panama and bought back and certified by a US dealer.

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

    I agree with Russell and will add, I’ve seen these in both PCGS nd CGA holders. The grading companies are more than happy to add your Collection name to the label. I’ve got two of them.

    I like the serial numbers. I was told of the story once but cannot recall.....sorry.

    There was a run of 2006 $10 NY notes all with very low #'s ( I think starting with the #1 note) found over in Panama and someone brought them back state side. I guess they sent them in to PCGS and wanted it on the holders "
