Does this look legit? Or no

A while back my brother in law gave me a crown royal bag filled with cards. I gave them a look and it was mostly junk with a random 1982 Pete Rose in a top loader. Never gave the bag a second thought and it ended up in a drawer. While doing some cleaning my wife brought it to me and asked what I was doing with it. I figured I’d give the cards another look and noticed the Rose had another card behind it. Pop it out of the top loader to find this.
I have no clue if he even realized it was in there. No telling where this stuff came from as most of it was 91 and 92 Topps and upper deck. At first glance the 82 Topps looked decent as well.

Yours looks legit. Here is one on Ebay.
It looks right, but I wouldn’t get too excited about its value. Rose has signed so many thinks in the last few decades that it’s now a commonplace autograph.
He’s been doing an almost weekly signing at the place near mandalay bay in Las Vegas for at least 20 years. Last I recall he was charging ~$75.
If you can look at it purely from the perspective of being a fan of the game, a fan of Rose, something you received from a special relative and/or a collector it’s a nice piece to have.
In that light, Nice find.

Yes it looks real, but like he said, if you’re thinking investment, it’s $50 or less

Looks legit to me.
I realize it looks "sloppy" with the filled in ink and everything. Probably happened at an autograph show when Pete kept using the same sharpie or flair type pen, and the tip gets flattened out from wear and that type of signature is the result.
I walked by that a few times on my way to and from conference sessions in Las Vegas. Most of the time he's just sitting there with no one to sign for. Pretty sad actually.

Thanks for the replies. It was such a random inclusion in the stack of cards I wasn’t really sure what to think of it. Not really a Rose fan but I may go ahead and send it in and get it slabbed.
