PSA registry award icons for 2019...

It's not a big deal, just a curiousity, but I noticed they were not yet there. In the past I thought they were usually updated on the site by the end of June. Any insight? Of course, as soon as I post this they will start to show up.

It is always fun to see them be added to your sets. I should get close to 40 of them and I think there are a few for having the top set for ten years..... thanks for the reminder! Now i will be checking more often. :-)

My only badge will be #1 Gino Cappelletti master set for the 4th year in a row. I’ve had the #1 John Hannah master set for several years too, but I’m only at 92% complete, so never gotten a badge for that one.... yet.

Edit to add: all I need to complete the current Hannah master is 4 Topps stickers, and 2 of those are on their way to PSA. However, I’m aware of several more items I need to track down and add to the composite.

Thanks guys. I'm in line for 13 this year. I was passed on a 14th about two months prior to the cut off. I am 1 card short of what would've been 15 (1976 Town talk Cliff Harris for my master set).

Meant to say earlier that they’re closed July 4-7th, so we’re probably looking at badges next week.

I have been checking too. I have six coming.

I am curious if they have sent out emails to the category registry award winners.

Dave, I know there are different tiers of awards. I know for my badges I’ve never gotten any email. Are you referring to one of the higher achievements?

Yes.

They notify people in advance and you have to keep quiet.

I would love to get one of these emails! Haha

I have to take my hat off to RAS. It looks like he will have the Joe Louis master set award for the 75th year in a row. Man, that guy is untouchable when it comes to the Joe Louis set.

Would be pretty tough to go to the National if you were awarded one of the top sets. I've thought about going to the luncheon if one of my sets was selected but the notice is pretty short.
