Need help with this autograph

I acquired this baseball from a guy who didn’t know who it is.. he believed they got it at Wrigley field.. it’s on a National League ball, when Giamatti was league president, so that dates the ball to 1987-89.. maybe 1990... can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

    Could be Dave Winfield or Dwight Gooden. Looks a but like both, so check online for examples.

    I believe it's Dwight Gooden.

    It is definitely not Dave Winfield.
