How does corner separating effect grade

I purchased a card knowing it had an issue. Any ideas how bad damage like this hurts the overall grade?

    I could be wrong, but I'm guessing it would get no better than a 5. That includes looking at the edge.

    I agree 5 at very best. I would not send in.

    Hope u bought the card for enjoyment not for grading
