Autograph Help - Philadelphia Flyers

Ran across this hat at a thrift store and honestly have no idea which player it might be. Tried googling past player numbers but couldn't match it. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

As a lifelong Flyers fan, who also went through the last 30 years of rosters on Hockey Reference: I got nothing.

Nike cap probably means prior to the Reebok license, so I am thinking 90s to 00s. Other than Petr Svoboda, nobody wore 23 more than a season or two. None of those guys seem to lend themselves to the indecipherable scribble on that cap.

Only other significant 23 was Ilkka Sinisalo and that's not him.
