    I can't figure out how to search for silver in categories other than coins.
    Suggestions?

    Search "Silver Dime" in "All Categories". Then click on any non-coin category on the left.

    Thanks for the link. I had a 5$ late delivery voucher as well so went 3 dimes for a dollar. Only in America can you get 30 cents for a dollar.

    If S ever HTF these little dimes might be worth $100 in trading power. Of course a loaf of bread would be $5000 in that situation but hey not bad.

    Do an initial search and then go to filters and change category.

    Good way to get all kinds of things, i.e., PM.

    Some sellers accidenti-purposely put things in other categories... ... ...

    the thing about buying these silver dimes, the sellers ship the coin in a white envelope for 59 cents or whatever stamps cost, with no tracking number, I think that's against e bay rules not sending a tracking number

    Stamps are 55c unless Forever stamps bought prior to price increases.

    Agree. No rules that tracking must be added, but of course higher risk to seller in that case.

    I use discount postage so 55 cents costs me about 30 cents.

    While this is true, I am currently not a Top rated seller. The reason, Late tracking uploaded and validated on 4 of 17 transactions. I previously offered to sell individual BU roosevelts with a 50 cent stamp AND did not track, so I got penalized. So I changed my dimes to 5 dimes at a time and now pay the 2.68 for postage which includes tracking.....

    Another reason to have at least two ebay accounts. If the second one is not a store, then no monthly store fees and no penalty for shipping small stuff without tracking. Also, pays to know the restrictions when using a store and keeping Top Rated Seller status.
