I found one for sale....its a series 1963....
.interesting note..SIMILAR to this one......counterfeit?

I agree with Tom.
This note was born with Red seal and serial numbers.

Never been a yellow seal on anything buts $1’s and $10’s .

bleached or some other solvent removed the red...someone trying to pull a fast one on unsuspecting buyer

Red ink is the least chemically stable ink the BEP used.
And these sometimes occurred (along with other exciting color changes) by just going thru the laundry where bleach was added.
that does not even look right to me. like it was said in above post its been doctored
I believe the chemical used is acetone,
definitely NOT a North African yellow seal note
