1963 Washington PR69DCam. Picture understates this coin. Is extremely high end in appearance. Probably one of best from my old silver proof registry.

Well I looked at the 1963 PR68DCAM but it looked like it had something on the coin, so I passed. There looks like there was a milk spot under his chin and then also under the T in IGWT. I now see your post above so are those spots on the holder or the coin.
