Can anyone explain why this 1939 African Tobacco World of Sport Joe Louis isn't on the pop report? First of all, this card is labled as a 1938, but I have always known it as a 1939. I have seen other 1939 African Tobacco cards labled 1938 on PSA cases. I have always known this set to be 1939. This Joe Louis card isn't on the pop report. When I look it up, there are no PSA 3's.

Well, that solves that! I didn't even think to use the serial number! Thanks LarkinCollector. I was worried it might be fake.

FWIW, I think the Pedigree/Variety listed there is incorrect. That looks like the 'Large' version to me.

I noticed that as well. What should I do to get that fixed?

Just contact Customer Service, they can send a FedEx label to have it returned to PSA, reholdered with the correct flip, and get the cert info corrected at no cost to you.
