Is the rim far enough off the coin for it to raise the value any?

    This one comes close but doesnt fall off the coin

    Depends on who you ask. Some folks go crazy over the coins you posted. I like the top one. I would keep it if I found it but would not pay over $3 if I saw it for sale. I would spend the bottom one. Off-center strikes must meet certain factors. Your top coin was with a misaligned die. Check out "misaligned die" and "off-center" on the internet.

    It's a misaligned die and it is not enough to have a premium.
