Yep, I fell for it, hook, line, and sinker. I guess I now have a card to share in Stone's "Oddball Grading Company" thread. How can this even be legal? Can't PSA somehow put a stop to this as some sort of trademark infringement?

Well, technically it's described accurately. As much of a tool as the seller is for not being more transparent, I cannot fathom how a company is allowed to produce holders that are so close to the PSA holder. Honest to God, I had the thing in my hand and I still didn't realize it wasn't PSA until I looked at the back of the holder, where they have added another huge hologram.

Overall, I didn't find too many other traveshamockeries that the guy is selling, so that may be why.
Is the holder exactly like PSA's? Can you show the back? Crazy stuff.

That looks a LOT like a PSA holder.
I used to work for a company that among other things applied a companies logo to shirts and jackets.
The threshold there was you had to change a logo 10% to legally use it. I always thought that was a bit unfair to the original.
I would hate to be so hard up for $6 that I would list something like that. At some point in their lives, these people will get kicked in the nuts and wonder why....this card is the reason
