1869 $1 PCGS VF25 (W/Motto) $460 Shipped(sold)

I bought this example because of the variety. It is the only one I’ve seen with doubling of both the "1 & 8". Perfect for the budget minded type collector. PCGS estimates only 2,000 have survived in any grade . It’s a tough underrated date.



1859o $1 PCGS AU55 (OGH) (No Motto) $750 Shipped (SOLD)

I bought this No motto example from a heritage auction a couple years ago. PCGS estimates only 7,000 examples exist in all grades. Perfect for the budget minded collector.

    Sending $ via "no cost paypal" provides no assurance to the receiver. Why no option to add the 3%?

    Chris- That’s fine also. If any buyer wants to pay the extra 3%. Just let me know. I recently joined these boards along with several other LSCC members. We came over from the Liberty’s Seated coin boards because there is a lot more action over here. I have the same user name over there if you want to check it out.I can also sell through eBay where i have 100% feedback both selling and buying but I am trying this out to avoid all the fees. PM me and I can provide references.

If you had taken the time to check it out you’d know my word is good. Instead you insinuate that I am not a man of my word which is a load of crap. Please ignore my posts from now on.     You are absolutely correct. I do have coin friends, I’m not sure if you do. Actually crusty gave me the heads up on a dollar that was posted by another member. That being said we joined, so spend your time doing something productive.

    We've had our share of thieves on this board and the two commonalities have been new users & requesting funds via no fee PayPal or other no recourse means so of course that sent off alarm bells. Now once you amended with accepting PayPal w/ the protection then it's less likely you are here for nefarious reasons. You have to understand the history of these forums to understand why we try to stick up for each other.

    At this point I feel I’ve done all I can to prove my word is good. I am new here which is why I went ahead and posted my eBay and LSCC account pic. I prefer PayPal...doesn’t matter to me if a potential buyer wants to pay the extra 3% . Just let me know.

    The 1869 is still available . I package well and ship fast . If you are interested send me a PM . FYI- I’ll be at the Long Beach expo on Thursday next week if it is not sold by then I will be selling her there. Thanks for your interest...

    Please don't be dissuaded from participation on this board. Generally speaking, posters on this forum are nice. Like anything, there are exceptions. It is sad to see the LSCC boards so inactive as of late. I understand your migration. Check out the 'Please post your liberty seated images' thread on the coin forum.
