I think its the one the used the experimental planchet. And has slight double die on the georgia and i can kinda see it on the ribbon. Also l in liberty is only one line and in god we trust is light towards the rim

Weighs somewhere between 5.9 and 6.3 grams — which is more than the 5.67 grams for a typical copper-nickel clad quarter
Appears thicker than normal
Has a golden or greenish color, similar to Sacagawea dollars
Lacks the copper (orange-colored) stripe on the edge of the coin
Lacks some or all of the edge reeding
Has a thicker rim than normal
Everything is whats described except it still has the orange colored stripe on the edge. Slightly thicker than a regular quarter but not alot thicker but noticeable.
"Thicker" can just mean a stronger strike and higher rims.
It has the copper layer so that seals was it is or isn't.
