    "For the Napoleonic medal collector"

Well, I wasn't before, but I guess I am now! At least as far as this "collection of one" goes.

Many thanks to @thebigeng for another nice deal.

This piece is absolutely stunning, and much more impressive in hand. You could drown in the high relief on it! I guess I am still more used to coins than medals. It is much more "3D" than I expected, and though I saw pictures and knew it was pushing the limits of the slab dimensions, it is much bigger than I expected it to look, too.

I guess I have had some 38-39 mm pieces in slabs, but at ~41 mm, this one's a whopper. It's in a standard sized (length/width) slab, but thicker.

I'll have to shoot some animated GIFs later.

The medal is pop. 1/0 - in all grades. The only one certified, by PCGS anyway.

Here is the TrueView. Not even that entirely does it justice.
