Not a doubled die. Pull up an image of the 1969-S double die on the internet. it is a naked eye doubled die.

Yeah i dont know how to clean it and i didnt want to mess it up. It looks like the glue saved all the detail. Look at the number 8 the die broke before striking leaving the inside of the top portion higher than the rest of the number.
