Value Help - World Series Tickets

One of my friends is thinking about selling his collection. These were originally found in an old book. He has 2 sets of these that are in great condition. The seats are next to each other. Both are still complete with Games 1/2 still attached together. I have no trouble finding single games but not a set like this still together.

It would be nearly impossible to value something like this since it's a one of the kind item. To maximize your potential consign it to REA or something. I would guess you could average the price of past examples on a full ticket and multiply it by 2.5 to 3 for a ballpark.
