Would this count as a no FG? 69-D 1c

I was surprised enough to find a red 69-D roll searching but I was curious if this would classify as a no fg

    Agree with @Namvet69.

    Designs look mushy overall, later die state, details become less distinct.

    Based on the pics there is remnants. Zoom to the FG.

    IMO, one of the second tier services would slab this coin as a "Weak FG." :wink:
