I have several NGC graded Commemorative medals from 2-1/2 inch to 3 inch (76mm) diameter with fairly thick high relief one or both sides. How big are the actual PCGS oversize holders for these???
The NGC holders they are currently in are extremely large and just plain ugly and heavy. They are 6 inches wide and 7-1/2 tall!
I want to get them into PCGS slabs but only if the PCGS slabs are more like the Apollo curved 3 inch diameter, 5 ounce coins for example, which look a whole ot better. Does anyone know actual sizes for PCGS graded 3 inch bronze or silver high relief commemorative medals?
Thanks,
Kim

@Goldminers
@HeatherBoyd posted the dimension of the New PCGS oversized holders in the link below, this is a copy/paste: 5.353 x 3.933 x .0455 Note: The last measurement is a typo, should be closer to 0.455.
It can holder the domed 5oz Apollos and the 5oz ATB pucks (both have 3” diameters).
If you scroll up in the link below there are posts by @lccoins with pics comparing the new and old PCGS oversized holders with the 5oz ATB pucks.

The only issue is that the new oversize slabs do not fit in the PCGS oversize box without modifications.

Hope this help.
Thanks. I think these are nice and hope they will be the same for high relief (both sided) National Commemorative bronze medals, too.
