These were parallel insert set issued by Topps in 1970 that were included in wax packs for the later series cards.
There are 24 of them in the issue, one with a player for each of the 24 teams that existed at the time. The first 12 booklets were done alphabetically by the “city” for the AL teams and then the last 12 were done alphabetically by “city” for the NL teams. The 24 teams, in booklet sequence, were:
