2000 silver quarter p mint

i have a 2000 quarter looks to be silver but from p mint mark...anyone herd or know anything about it??

    im no pro not even a collector theres just no copper ring around it
    like normal quarters lol im not going to school just asking questions hahahahaha

    If you are not seeing the copper core and that is why you think it is silver it could be a platinum plated one from a set of gold & platinum plated quarters.

    MINT: Philadelphia
    METAL: 75% Copper, 25% Nickel

    Silver quarters weigh 6.5 grams. So, likely it is not silver, but just that the copper core is not showing very well if at all.
