Thats item 4 on the submission form and look on the back of the submission form, third bullet. “Select only one of the four Service Group types...”

I guess you could try, but, I suspect they’ll put your entire submission on hold until they get ahold of you.

Right now I have both a US and a World reholders “in process” and I put them on separate forms.
