What are the actual specifications for the new (and improved?) 2019 commemorative Silver Dollars, including weight and fineness? Citation source?

@Hemispherical So, if I go 26.73 times 0.0322 and the result is 0.8607 Troy ounce, I have my mind (kinda) in the right place? I will treat this as a theoretical exercise, knowing the coins will trade for more than melt.
Agree, ~0.86 toz of silver for the Apollo and Legion commems.
ASW and size of both of these commems were specified in their PLs. All these PLs look like cookie cutter templates, too.
Would be easier, I would have thought, to use ASE blanks/specs.
The 2020 Red Book doesn't note the change or exact specifications, maybe in the future editions.
The silver $1 commems are that size because they're a silver dollar. (Think Morgans, Peace, etc.)
I doubt that will change, so long as they have a source for the blanks.
