Back centering is superb, front is a 64 at best, so centering kinda averages out as a 65.
no idea about the paper from a 2-D image but the colors don't seem to shine on this image
My first comment is: why can't we have currency that looks like this any more?
My second comment is what about the brown discoloration on the front below the 'I' in UNITED in the lightning being held by the horseman? Is that allowed in a '65?' I also think the color of all the red threads on the back is very peculiar-looks more rust colored than red. Probably someone playing a bit with tint on the scan and has nothing to do with the note itself.
